Teaching Assistant's Wanted for Infants class in Caerphilly

Job Description:

Part Time - 8:30am - 11:30am

Monday to Friday

Immediate Start

Hourly Pay - £13.85 Pr Hr

Education Supply Pool are a PAYE Employer recruiting an Infants classroom Teaching Assistants on the behalf of a Primary school based in ­­­­­­Caerphilly.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons), Childcare level 3 or experience working within an education setting.

Teaching Assistants & Nursery Practitioners are a crucial part of the education workforce in Wales. The role of a Teaching Assistant is vital to supporting and motivating children in Wales.

Successful candidates will be required to attend an interview and I.D check in the office building, we are based in Newport city centre. Directions will be provided closer to date.

What You'll Bring:

A Level 3 qualification in Childcare

Solid understanding of the Early Years Curriculum for Wales

A caring, organised approach and excellent teamwork skills

Experience supporting children with ALN

Confidence in managing both the educational and leadership demands of the role

Your Role Will Include:

Supporting the unique needs of each child, including potentially those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)

Hourly pay rate of £13.85 per hour

Helping with the personal care of the children.

Planning, observing, and maintaining high standards of care and education

Handling paperwork and documentation with accuracy and efficiency

Building strong, collaborative relationships with parents, colleagues, and external agencies
