Out Of Hours

AT ESP we understand teaching is not an 8:30 to 3:30 job. As you are often required to work late into the evenings, we do the same, to support you and assist with any staffing needs. Instead of an emergency service we promise a full out of hours service.

Candidate Vetting

At ESP we realise how important it is to safeguard our candidate, schools, their pupils and their futures.

Each and every one of our candidates will go through a thorough compliance screening. ESP will ensure every candidate registered will require:

  • An extensive face-to-face Registration
  • Identification checks
  • An up to date Enhanced DBS Check (formerly CRB)
  • Foreign Police Check if required
  • Three References with at least two relevant to their position
  • Two Proofs of Address (Within 3 months)
  • Relevant qualifications checked
  • EWC Registration (If required)
