Education Supply Pool are currently seeking a compassionate and proactive Nursery Practitioners to work in the Newport Area on either full or part time basis all year round.
We are actively working with a Nursery who is looking for someone to start week commencing 18th August.

What You’ll Bring:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare
- Solid understanding of the Early Years Curriculum for Wales
- A caring, organised approach and excellent teamwork skills
- Experience supporting children with ALN
- Confidence in managing both the educational and leadership demands of the role
Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting the unique needs of each child, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Planning, observing, and maintaining high standards of care and education
- Handling paperwork and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with parents, colleagues, and external agencies

· A minimum pay rate of at £14 per hour
· A team with over twenty years’ experience in both small, local, and large national education agencies,
· A dedicated account manager with a background in Education sector

· No need for completion of time sheets
· Pay via PAYE direct through Education Supply Pool and not an umbrella company.
