So far all of you agency workers have worked to a high standard, they have been reliable, respectful and all have shown initiative so far. Feedback from our own carers have all been good so far .
I feel everyone in the company are lovely to deal with over the phone and enthusiastic. You yourself Leanne have been great. Very professional and open to any feedback to help improve the service. I like the idea of the inductions where possible. You have high standards and this shows with the agency staff you have provided.
The only advice I could give to improve the service at this point is the need for an app or an easier way for myself to keep track of shifts booked especially if I am away from the office. I would definitely recommend your agency and would encourage any care home to give you the chance you deserve.
